Musical Learning Management System
Musician’s Wellness is a newer type of project that we took on and had a blast putting together. This site is a Learning Management system that has several different learning materials that are available for purchase to the clients of the company. There are several complex measures put into this learning system and also another great design put together from Dog Ear Marketing.
Originally this site was created by the company themselves on a competitors platform that didn’t quite offer the tools or customer service that a lot of people would like in this industry. Thankfully they were able to find us through some networking and friendships. As the site currently sits it is a learning management system but not one in it’s traditional sense. In the infancy of the site and it’s new learning platform we have outfitted it with all of the measure of a learning platform but a lot lesser of a cost with many customizations that wouldn’t be found in the larger “all-encompassing” platforms. As the service expands there could very easily be a more widely known software applied and tweaked.
One pain point that was anticipated for this site was being able to manage the content and automate the workflows for assigning that content to the correct customers as they made their purchases into the environment. With the help of a couple of plugins and custom work we were able to make it so that all clients were able to access everything they needed to all on their own after being on boarded into the system.
Overall the site in it’s current condition was a very large upgrade from what was previously there however there is still a lot of room for growth with this site which I’m sure we will see as time goes on. The site itself operates internationally serving musicians wherever they are with individual consultations and video forums that are directed to everyone. Older material can be obtained as a Video on Demand Service as well.
With all of it’s complexities this is a great ranking site in the 90 point score range. There are things that could be improved most likely but as it sits it’s a great site that is enjoyed by the client and their clients. Frankly the 100 point score is a myth and a false reading at best. We’ve found that anything 90+ is great to strive for. Below that needs improvement.
